1968 Vette Camaro Chevelle Rebuilt Muncie 3925660 4 Speed Transmission 1/18/68

This is a Completely and Freshly Professionally Rebuilt Original REAL 1968 68 Chevy, Corvette, Camaro, Chevelle, Full Size Pontiac, Firebird, GTO, Tempest, Olds 442, Buick, Etc.  M20, (M-20), Muncie Wide Ratio 4 Speed Transmission,  (no aftermarket or imported gears).   This transmission has the 2:52:1 first gear and 1:1 4th gear. The date code stamp is P8A18, January 18, 1968, dated 3925660 main case from the Muncie Plant and has a passenger side speedo gear tailshaft housing #3857584.  The rebuild parts include new syncro rings, keys and springs, small parts kit, snap rings, needle rollers, thrust washers, extension housing bushing, gaskets and seals, input and main shaft bearings.    It will also work in almost all 1955 to 1970 GM vehicles.

Cleaning: These Parts have All Been Cleaned but not Sand Blasted or Glass Beaded

NOTE: This is a 10 spline, course spline input used through 1970 in most GM cars although the 1970 Chevelle M-22 and 1971 and newer other cars use the fine 26 spline input. 

NOTE: The small orange bracket on the tailhousing is only our way of lifting the transmission for photographic purposes.
